Elite offers professional, personalised training and programming for weight loss, body shaping, resistance training and cardio, and nutrition advice and specific programming for running events. Elite also conducts a variety of morning and evening group training classes as well as a daily high intensity "Mums In Motion" class. Creche facilities are available Monday to Saturday.
